What is it about truth? What is it?

Is it a secret? A conspiracy to keep us on our toes?
Seeking it? Looking for it desperately?
Truth. To God it equals. We do not rest till we get to bottom of it.
What is the eternal, unwavering, indelible, inevitable, ultimate truth? Is it Death?
The answer end and stop to life? Or is it life itself? The truth which mocks our convictions?
